After joining Sumitomo Electric Industries in 1994, he became independent at the age of 20 and went on to launch and lead several ventures both in Japan and abroad through his experience in sales and entrepreneurship.
Since 2014, he has supported the formation of over 2.6 trillion yen in blockchain-related assets. In 2018, he was honored with the title of “Knight of Malta” for his contributions to international humanitarian efforts.
He currently leads projects aimed at solving global challenges and revitalizing Japan’s pride, including the development of an autonomous city in Saipan and the international expansion of the Stretch Ecosystem.

Genta Fujimoto
COO
Serving as the bridge between CEO Nakade and Hollywood team, Fujimoto oversees the overall operations of the G & N.
He directs all aspects of entertainment production, including music creation, artist casting, and coordination of LA-based tours for Japanese clients.
Leveraging his experience in the Hollywood industry, he is dedicated to advancing G & N’s global initiatives and fostering collaborations with world-class artists to realize the company’s vision.

Kaz Masumoto
Music Producer & Recording Engineer
Born in Shibuya, Tokyo, Masumoto began his career in 1974 at Victor Records as a recording engineer, contributing to the works of numerous renowned artists from the start.
His exceptional skills and musical sensibility caught the attention of legendary producer/composer David Foster, leading him to relocate to Los Angeles in 1981.
For over 40 years, Masumoto has remained at the forefront of the international music scene, producing works across a wide range of genres for some of the world’s most celebrated artists.

Chieko Masumoto
Casting Producer
Originally from Edogawa, Tokyo, she moved to the United States alone at the age of 15, acquiring language skills in New York. She later worked at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation’s New York branch, handling accounts for high-net-worth individuals and public figures—earning a solid reputation and trust among celebrity clients.
Recognized for her talent, she became the founding branch manager of Tohokushinsha Film Corporation’s Los Angeles office, contributing to its initial launch.
After leaving the company, she continued working in international talent casting and management, including representing her longtime acquaintance, music producer David Foster.
