The name G & N is drawn from "Genesis" and "Neos." We are a music production company dedicated to reinventing the classics.
Founded in 2024, we carry on the expertise and network of Studio Legacy, a Los Angeles studio with over 45 years of history.
We rework golden-era hits from the 70s and 80s with a modern touch, creating music that feels nostalgic yet entirely new.

One of the key factors in achieving these missions is "fast and cost-efficient music production without intermediaries."
Our projects involve no middlemen. This allows us to significantly reduce typical production costs and move projects forward smoothly.
Normally, when clients request music production or casting for overseas artists, numerous intermediaries stand between the client and the artist, including agents, music companies, casting directors, managers, and lawyers, resulting in additional fees and expenses.
With headquarters in Los Angeles and an in-house team of engineers, casting directors, and international lawyers, we handle production and casting at minimal cost, without unnecessary fees.
Moreover, since all arrangements, from artist coordination to studio booking, are managed entirely in Los Angeles, this also plays a major role in keeping overall costs down.

CEO
Founded a music production company in Los Angeles in 2019, learning recording techniques, casting negotiation, and branding from Studio Legacy.
Serves as the key liaison between COO Nakade and the Hollywood team, overseeing G & N's overall operations and advising Japanese companies on global expansion.
Kaz Masumoto
Music Producer & Recording Engineer
Began his career at Victor Records in 1974, working as a recording engineer on projects with numerous renowned artists.
His skill caught the attention of David Foster, leading him to relocate to Los Angeles in 1980. He has remained at the forefront of the international music scene for over 45 years.
Chieko Masumoto
Casting Producer
Moved to the U.S. at 18 and learned English in New York, later working at Sumitomo Bank NY and LA branches before being headhunted by Tohokushinsha.
Built a strong track record as a casting producer on high-profile film projects and to Music Scene. Developed a unique friendship with David Foster.
